A CAMARA MUNICIPAL DE TEOFILO

OTONI DECRETA:

Art. 1° - FICA O SR. PREFEITO

DO MUNICIPIO AUTORIZADO A CONCEDER

UM AUXILIO DE CR$5.000,00 AO

ESPORTE CLUBE VILA NOVA, DESTA

CIDADE, PARA APARELHAMENTO DO SEU

CAMPO DE FUTEBOL.

Art. 2° - Para atender à despesa prevista no artigo anterir, fica o Executivo Municipal autorizado a abrir crédito especial de CR5.000,00.

Art. 3° - Revogam-se as disposições em contrário.
